"Daniel was amazing! He brought down my previous insurance payment from another company, BUT gave me MORE coverage. Essentially giving me more for less! He was very efficient and thorough- making sure to answer all of my questions and triple-checking all of the documents, all within a short 10-15 minute phone call. "I feel Nicole help me out over the phone to adjust my odometer reading cuz I did it a little bit high so it was the wrong odometer reading and she fixed that for me and I gave her the writer odometer reading and she fixed it for me very quickly and it was to drive safe meters that I got in my truck excuse me and she was very courteous she was very on top of things and I appreciate it very well of being with Kimberly shurtleff of State farms insurance and Kimberly shurtleff is also very amazing because when I first got my insurance through them that's who I talk to for sure and they've always been kind courteous and they've been right on top of things especially Nicole too I appreciate you guys have been with you guys for a long time and I've been very happy with your guys' service to me and I think a lot of people should go to State farm because they treat you right and also Jesse was very helpful in every way possible she's available asset to the company and I really enjoyed talking with her chance of my questions promptly and treated me like I'm supposed to be treated as a valuable customer as well she did an excellent job she's very good at her job"

"Super happy to have called about getting business insurance through these guys. Sean took the initiative to try and help me save some money by bundling up an insurance package. I had just switched personal insurance from Geico to Allstate for lower prices thinking I was happy. However, after speaking with Sean and then waiting for about an hour, he called me back with numbers compiled. After a 3 minute conversation explaining coverage and costs, I ended up choosing to land at State Farm where I saved even more money + attained better coverage. Sean was informative enough to help get me a more well rounded coverage on all of the facets where I was lacking (including an accidental health plan) after asking me a few personal questions. The personal experience of having a phone call with someone literally down the street was a game changer. It really beats having to call a hotline and get a rep whose second language is English to explain things that you’re already having a hard time comprehending. Plus, save money. Thanks, Sean."

"This office keeps trying to reach out to me to get my business back. They have called and texted, I finally responded “stop” to the text and it said I would no longer receive text. Then, they called my elderly in-laws house to ask for me and my husband! They would have had to google my husband’s name to get that phone number as that number would not be on file."
