"I drove next to Kimberly on the freeway during rush hour after the Cole road exit heading west. She was looking at her phone the whole time while driving and cut me off while merging, nearly causing a senseless accident. Might be a good idea to be more aware of your driving, especially while representing your business."

"Do not cold call me and send me quotes I didn't ask for when I don't even own those cars. I want NOTHING to do with state farm insurance again, ever."

"I feel Nicole help me out over the phone to adjust my odometer reading cuz I did it a little bit high so it was the wrong odometer reading and she fixed that for me and I gave her the writer odometer reading and she fixed it for me very quickly and it was to drive safe meters that I got in my truck excuse me and she was very courteous she was very on top of things and I appreciate it very well of being with Kimberly shurtleff of State farms insurance and Kimberly shurtleff is also very amazing because when I first got my insurance through them that's who I talk to for sure and they've always been kind courteous and they've been right on top of things especially Nicole too I appreciate you guys have been with you guys for a long time and I've been very happy with your guys' service to me and I think a lot of people should go to State farm because they treat you right"

"As soon as I entered, Sarah greeted me with a warm smile and a folder containing all my information. She also provided a checklist to ensure we covered everything efficiently and made any changes where needed. Sarah assisted in determining my eligibility for Life Insurance, and we completed the paperwork while I was there. I want to express my gratitude to Sarah for all her assistance. "Kim has moved mountains in the processing of my accident claim. She goes way above and beyond anything ever expected. She is attentive and quick to respond to any problems or questions I have had. "Moving to Idaho fro out of state, I had a lot of questions about getting all the right coverages. Janel was AMAZING! Very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. "For most of my life, I did not believe in leprechauns. But when you talk to stephanie bledsoe at this particular state farm insurance company on orchard, You will realize you have found a pot of gold. Thanks for the great service.
