"We felt like State Farm was going to be a good change for us. Boy were we wrong! After 9 months we couldn't even get a doc page with all the items we had insured, with amounts. We had some things due quarterly and some semi-annually and had no choice. We got more mail everyday it seemed, and only a policy #, and it was difficult to figure out what each bill was for. So we allowed them to do a auto pay service. What a mistake. So we cancelled Dec. 2023, we had several policies. Low and behold we got a notice that they were going to take out over 800. for a auto payment in April. Well we had cancelled 4 months previous; to say the least I was alarmed so called Kims office and was assured that it was a automated text, not to worry. Well that was not good enough for me so I got the corporate office number and called them. (Mind you this whole process took about 2 hours of my time, that is very valuable to me.) In talking with the corporate office they also assured me that they payment would not come out of my account! So to my surprise on April 1, the payment came out of my account. Wow, I called and asked them to please put the money back today. They of course could not take care of it for 7 to 10 days! Well today is the 24th of April and still NO CREDIT to our account. I will be making some more phone calls tomorrow. This is B.....S...... Don't do business with State Farm!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but this would not post without one. Unbelievable!"
